Pompei Studio
Italian Ingenuity and Craftsmanship with an Artistically Twisted American Flair

Vince Pompei was born and raised in Quakertown, PA, commonly known for housing the

Liberty Bell overnight during the American Revolutionary War.  Being raised in an area

with such a rich history fostered Pompei’s passion for older mechanical items.  As a

child Vince took that infatuation to the next level and began assembling and

disassembling anything and everything he could get his hands on; sometimes to his

family’s dismay.  Pompei’s father Joseph was a watch and clock collector and soon the

two began to bond over the hobby.  This was a catalyst to Vince’s creativity and spirit.

At the age of ten, Pompei designed and assembled his first working clock constructed

entirely of Lego’s.  As time passed and Vince went off to college, his appetite for

creating grew deeper and thicker.  This affection manifested into woodworking and

fabricating functional items for homes and businesses.  Although Pompei had realized

success with his woodcraft, he just wasn’t satisfied.  After years of exploring, Vince had

found his niche in custom clocks and captivating art constructed from Silverware.

Today Vince is producing works that embody his past and dictate his future.  By utilizing

recycled materials, Pompei cooks up one of a kind works that cannot be found

anywhere else in the world.  We hope you enjoy displaying this art as much as we did

making it!
